DRAINAGE COSTS:
will be incurred if you build within three metres of a Thames Water Public Sewer:-
- £70 if diameter of sewer pipe is 160mm (6") or less;
- £410 if diameter of sewer pipe is up to 375mm (15");
- £495 + if diameter of sewer pipe is above 375mm (15").
Conditions apply when building within three metres of Thames Water Public Sewers.
In addition to drainage costs, you could be refused permission to build or have to alter your building.
